Following Services – Guest Speaker Dr. Lorenzo Vidino: Antisemitism: The Common Thread in America’s Contemporary Extremist Movements.

Location: Unitarian Universalist Meeting House, Hendrix Hall, 11 Orange Street.

Join Congregation Shirat HaYam for Kabbalat Shabbat Services, followed by a presentation from Dr. Lorenzo Vidino. Dr. Vidino is Director of the Program on Extremism at George Washington University. An internationally recognized expert on Islamism in Europe and North America, his research has focused on jihadist networks in the West, governmental counter-radicalization policies, and Muslim Brotherhood-inspired organizations.

Shabbat Services will be led by Harry Mintz.
