Reception: An Israeli Food Celebration and Cooking Demonstration with Lior Lev Sercarz

Chef Lior Lev Sercarz, Chief Culinary Officer and Co-Founder of the Galilee Culinary Institute and author of the award-winning cookbook, A Middle Eastern Pantry, will join us for a festive reception and culinary demonstration. 

Join us and learn how to make laffa, a soft and bubbly flatbread that Lior will top with a blend of interesting spices, taste Israeli wines, and sample other delicious bites from Lior’s cookbook, some prepared by members of the congregation.

Participants will receive a copy of the book.
