Following our Service, there will be a discussion with author Ryan Cooper who in his 20’s became pen pals with Otto Frank, the father of Anne Frank. Through dozens of letters and several face-to-face meetings, the two forged a friendship that lasted until Otto Frank died in 1980 at the age of 91.
Ryan Cooper has recently published a book telling this remarkable story, so the world will remember Otto Frankfondly as they do his daughter Anne Frank. We Never Said Goodbye: Memories of Otto Frank.
